Full Job Description


Duties:

​

-  Conduct research on property-related regulations and market policies to ensure public communications and service information remain accurate and compliant.

​

- Draft, review, and maintain external communication materials, client agreements, and partnership documents that reflect the company’s professional and trustworthy image.

​

-  Monitor compliance and reputation risks in media and client communications, ensuring the company’s public messaging aligns with UK standards and brand values.

​

-  Communicate with clients and media partners to clarify legal or policy-related information, enhancing transparency and client confidence.

​

-  Support business development and public engagement by preparing reports, promotional content, and partnership proposals that strengthen brand visibility.

​

The skill, experience and qualifications required:


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of another language, such as Mandarin, would be an advantage for engaging with overseas clients);


- Proven ability to draft and manage professional communication materials, press releases, and partnership documents;


- Strong research and analytical abilities to interpret regulations, market policies, and client trends;


- Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines;


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital communication tools (e.g., email platforms, CRM, and social media channels).


- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Project management, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of relevant work experience in a communications or PR role.
